Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.
  • Upon successful cancellation, the full order amount will be refunded.

1.2 Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or delivered.

1.3 Cancellation Process

  • Once the request is received, Vedas Inc will initiate the cancellation process.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated:
    • Within 24 hours of delivery, and
    • For defective/damaged items, within 8 hours of delivery

2.2 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags, packaging, and covers must be intact
  • Customer must provide:
    • Product images
    • Order ID
    • Original packaging image

2.3 Return Approval

  • All return requests are subject to review and approval by Vedas Inc
  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject return requests at its discretion

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Inner apparel and protective gear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized products (e.g., modified, altered, or personalized items)
  • Combo/bundled products purchased together
  • Items not in original condition

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

    • Approval or rejection of refund

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval
  • The amount will be credited to:

4.3 COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery orders:
    • Refunds may be issued as a coupon/voucher
    • Coupon value will exclude additional charges (shipping, etc.)

4.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are:
    • Refundable only in case of cancellation
    • Non-refundable in case of returns

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Customers must report damaged or defective items immediately (within 8 hours)
  • A clear video and images must be shared via email
  • Once verified, Vedas Inc will guide the customer through return/refund steps

6. Exchange Policy

6.1 Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size issues
    • Color preferences
  • Conditions:
    • Product must be unused and in original packaging
    • Tags must be intact
    • Proof of purchase required

6.2 Exchange Terms

  • Customers will bear:
    • Price difference (if any)
    • Return shipping cost (if applicable)

7. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless specified otherwise
  • Pickup facility may be available for select locations
  • In some cases, self-shipping may be required

8. Important Conditions (Mandatory)

8.1 Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any:

  • Return
  • Refund
  • Missing item
  • Damage

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video, which includes:

  • Package before opening
  • Shipping label with order details
  • Entire unboxing process (continuous recording)
  • Product condition after opening

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


9. General Conditions

  • Vedas Inc reserves the right to:
    • Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
    • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
