1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.
- Upon successful cancellation, the full order amount will be refunded.

2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Window
- Returns must be initiated:
- Within 24 hours of delivery, and
- For defective/damaged items, within 8 hours of delivery
2.2 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Tags, packaging, and covers must be intact
- Customer must provide:
- Product images
- Order ID
- Original packaging image
2.3 Return Approval
- All return requests are subject to review and approval by Vedas Inc
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject return requests at its discretion
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Inner apparel and protective gear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized products (e.g., modified, altered, or personalized items)
- Combo/bundled products purchased together
- Items not in original condition

5. Damaged or Defective Products

- A clear video and images must be shared via email
- Once verified, Vedas Inc will guide the customer through return/refund steps
6. Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are allowed for:

- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
6.2 Exchange Terms

To claim any:

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video, which includes:
- Package before opening
- Shipping label with order details
- Entire unboxing process (continuous recording)
- Product condition after opening
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
